When is the planned/latest date of delivery for these products with P5 licence?
Thomas Dellert:
BVision More than 100 pcs. were whipped to Vesalia. We ship complete cards each day.
Cybervision PPC The production is running since last week's Friday.
Cybervision64 3D (corrected version) The first 100 pcs. were sent to Vesalia, yesterday.
Cyberstorm MKIII boards The first cards will be shipped on Friday.
Cyberstorm PPC604e boards We just got 400 pcs. 604-233. I hope, that we will be able to ship the first cards within the next 10 to 14 days.
Blizzard PPC603e boards The boards are currently in the in stock. Unfortunately the shipping shipping of the CPUs and CPLD chips has been delayed.

Why are there so many delays? Which problems had/has DCE to fight with?
Thomas Dellert:
Currently, the worldwide shortage of components is a big problem. These are some examples:
SMD capacitor 1 nF. delivery period approx. 20 weeks CPLD logik chips. delivery period approx. 24 weeks. SGRAM for BVision. delivery period approx. 15 weeks.
Tantal electrolytic capacitors. Delivery period !!!!! Not for this year .....

Is there a plan to join the G4 plans of P5 or is this finally cancelled by DCE.
Thomas Dellert:
Currently G4 is noting to talk about. It is very likely, that the CPUs will not be available this year.

Are there plans to develop new graphics boards?
Thomas Dellert:
If we had not gotten the Permedia II chipsets, we would have thought about that.

Are you in touch with Bill McEween? If so, can you tell us about it?
Thomas Dellert:
Yes, we are in touch. It is about technical details of the PPC boards. But currently I cannot tell more about it.

Currently, the DCE website is partly available in German. Will the rest also be translated? And what I am very interested in is, if there will be a "news page" where anyone can see, what#s new with DCE?
Thomas Dellert:
We are working on it. I hope, the page will be ready within the next 14 days.

Will DCE be present on the Amiga & Atari show in Neuss, Germany in June?
Thomas Dellert:
Any of our products are offered by Vesalia Computer. Whe hope, we can get it with the right numbers this time.

Will the other dealers also get the products or can someone only buy them from Vesalia?
Thomas Dellert:
Of course, Vesalia will deliver to any other dealer.«
