Simply because all the disk mags around at the moment seem to be concentrating on the Pirate side of the Amiga or just one aspect of the Amiga like coding. So who are these nutty editors then @{b}@{u}Ben Gaunt@{ub}@{uu} Hi I'm the editor of Miggybyte and have been since it first poped onto the scene all those years/months ago now. Miggybyte has gone from strength to strength with each and every release. The strength of Miggybyte is YOU, yes YOU the reader because without you Miggybyte would not exist. We need you to help out with each issue and many of you have and for which I'm forever greatful. But please keep those @{"submissions" link "Contribute" 0} comming in. So why start Miggybyte? Well I loved reading AmigaReport but it lacked a few things like, music, graphics, animations even colour. And most of it was US based and of no interest to the rest of the world. But is was still a good read so thats what inspired me. And of course the best disk mag on any computer ever released 'Grapevine by LSD' was a major insperation. @{b}@{u}Mark Klocek@{ub}@{uu} Mark has been with Miggybyte from issue one, originaly just a writer but has since been promoted to Dept Editor when Sigma and Defacto departed. As there are so many disk mags like that around, which drone on about the depths of the Amiga like a train spotter talks about a inter city locomotive. We hope a few of you lot out there can help us on this one as I don't think are budget will allow us to go and buy the latest A4000 or the newest 24bit graphics board. @{b}Programming.@{ub} Tips on programming in ANY language Amos, ASM, Blits, C, E, Modular 2, Pascal etc. There is no limit here you wont be called lame just cause you use Amos or another basic. The only people who are lame are those who think just because they can open a library in C their coders. @{b}Bizarre.@{ub} Now this is total open ended, can have files to do with the paranormal, UFOs etc whatever. @{b}Readers art and music.@{ub} There will be a small area of disk space set aside every issue for your art and music mods. This includes any extra work on the GUI, graphics, music and sound effects. In short its done for fun so sometimes it will be late getting out.
