 Introduction
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
	This program is especially for people who like electronic. As you
know (do ya ??) resistor is a basic element in electronic. For now resistors
are really little (3 mm, or smaller), so try to write there value and
deviation... You could use microscope to read it ;)  So some people has an
idea to express value of resists in colours. There are three ways of
notation:
 - 3 colours (just value: 2 for numbers and 1 for multiplier)
 - 4 colours (value: 2 for numbers, 1 for multiplier and 1 for deviation)
 - 5 colours (value: 3 for numbers, 1 for multiplier and 1 for deviation)
	This program supports just 3 colours code.
 How to use it ?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

	It's simple. You can do it with using keyboard or mouse. You can
choose three gadgets at left side of window and then you'll get value. Keys
for this gadgets are 1..9,0,?,' - that's numbers on top line on keyboard.
	If you have value and you want to know how it looks in colours
express you can choose "Looking..." gadget (Help), and then input value in
Ohms (K,M multiplier are supported). K,k - value*E3; M,m - value*E6. Please
use it.
	Clear - reset program, and be ready. (Enter)
	Exit - Exit program (Esc)
