\@0\@4\c6Excelsior! Poker Solitaire v1.0 is a solitaire game based on the popular poker game Five Card Draw. You are dealt 25 cards in a 5x5 grid and your job is to rearrange them so you will have the best possible score when the hands are scored. The scoring is done by breaking the grid down into the five columns \c3(\c7each of which is a separate hand\c3)\c6 and the five rows \c3(\c7which are also scored as separate hands\c3)\c6. There is a score table that will be displayed next to the playing area.

\@4You move the cursor \c3(\c7which is a \c3'\c7*\c3'\c7 symbol\c3)\c6 by using the numbers 2, 4, 6 and 8 to move down, left, right, and up respectively. You select the first card to swap with the \c3'\c75\c3'\c6 key on the keypad. After selecting the first card, it will be displayed in the \c3'\c7Message\c3'\c6 box until you either select a second card or deselect the first card by selecting it again.

\@4Do not press the \c3'\c7S\c3'\c6 key \c3(\c7used for Scoring\c3)\c6 until you are done arranging the cards, as that is how you let the computer know you are ready to be scored. When you are confident that you have arranged your dealt cards in the best possible configuration, then you should press the \c3'\c7S\c3'\c6 key to score your hands.
