Transient sez:

"Transient" is a new electronic music group with dreams of the big time. At
present we only have two members, Homer j and Naff. After knowing each other
for years, we decided to put some of our tunes into an album length release.
We're not out to sell any copies just yet, but you never can tell, can you?
This is an all new song, (not uploaded anywhere before) written especially
for the album. Although none of Naff's tunes appear on this particular
album, he is still considered to be an integral part of Transient.

Oh, by the way, if any group/individual would like to help release/spread
our mods on a permanent basis, or if anyone is interested in joining up with
us, or if you need a musician in your crew or music for your production,
then just get in touch with us at one of the above addresses.

Homer j sez:

Yeah, i know this mod has the same title as a cool Prodigy song, but i only
took one sample from it. I mean, what else can i call a tune with motor revs
and engine related vocals! Suggestions on the back of a postcard (or e-mail)
please, but be quick.

All samples, except for the drums, the triad synths (1,2,3), the bass stabs
(n,o) and the plink (m), are mine. I can't remember where the plink comes
from, but the three synths come from a song/mod called "Rain or Shine" by
Sidewinder. The drum loops/patterns and the bass and synth rhythm (p) were
mixed by me using an excellent program called Mod2Smp by hali/union.

All of the motor revs (4,5,6) and voices (q,r,s,t) were sampled and reworked
by me. They come from a video of the Williams-Renault Racing Team's mini
documentary, "438 Seconds". The other voice (j) is sampled by me from the
above mentioned Prodigy song. The two spacey synths (h,i) come from the
credits music at the end of an X-Files special on television. These were
also sampled and shockingly looped by me. Feel free to re-use my samples or
(god forbid) re-mix this mod, but if you do, it would be nice if you sent me
a copy of whatever you come up with.
