It lets you choose which one you want to run by simply clicking on a gadget. I wrote this because I though it would be useful and because I wanted to learn how to use some various C programming functions. Make sure you set the @{"prefs" link prefs} before you try it. @endnode @node requirements "Requirements" This program needs the following to operate. - OS 2.0 or better - some emulators - 50K of ram @endnode @node installation "Installation" To install just put it anywhere you want and then set the @{"prefs" link prefs}. @endnode @node stuff "Programs & things by me" Here is a list of goodies I have released on the net and where to get them. note- There is a html document included that you can load into your web browser to download my files directly.(try it!) @endnode @node prefs "Setting the prefs" The preferences are changed by simply starting the program and then picking prefs from the menu. A list of emulators will be presented and you can click on one to bring up a filerequestor and just change them to the paths where you keep the corresponding emulator on your hardrive. It automatically saves the prefs. (Make sure you pick the actual emulator and not the iconx script or icon) Example dh0:emulators/gameboy/wzonkalad.fast (Not Wzonka-lad Fast as its icon reads) dh4:emulators/Apple2000v1.3/Apple2000 (Not apple_2000 as its icon reads) @endnode @node usage "Usage" Just double click its icon after setting up the @{"prefs" link prefs} then click on the appropriate gadget for the emulator you wish to use. The Atari 2600 gadget will present you with a file selector asking you which game you want to play (no more typing at Cli). note -at this time you can only start one emulator at a time. You have to turn the emulator you are using off to start another. @endnode @node bugs "Bugs" The current bugs in the program are as follows. -needs to have the apple rom file in the EmulatorLauncher Directory (this is for apple 2000 emulator to work). -at this time you can only start one emulator at a time. You have to turn the emulator you are using off to start another. -Not very font sensitive (working on it)- FIXED! totally font sensitive. Send bug reports suggestions to @{"Author." link author} @endnode @node future "Future" Things I may add in the future. - Support for more emulators-(even more coming soon) - Options to start certain emulators with games preloaded and so forth. - Magic Wb style colors for user interface. Who knows. @endnode @node author "Author" Hi my name is Kelly Samel and this is my first program written in C language.
