Compression Breakthrough #2

After  reading  details  of  Bootblock's  new miracle file compressor, I
decided  to  go  about making my own, much better compression algorithm,
using Microsoft Q Basic 0.4 beta version.

Here are the results from extensive testing on a 50Mb video grab:
