   - added TurboValid - util to stop the noise and speedup
   - added memory removals for NeuroticDeath1&2 viruses

   - added SAVEMEM option (for advanced users)

SOON:
   - self-clearing of it`s file from viruses, crunchers and linkers
     (of course the unknown ones should be sent i.e. to VHT-DK!)
   - PolishPower memory detection and removals
   - reset resident version of TurboValid to speedup from
     the first seconds
