 This is a Epson Stylus 400/440/500 colour printer driver for Workbench. Includes
support for upto 720 dpi resolution supports Microweave, portrait/landscape modes,
colour text etc. See doc for more info. This is Giftware.

NB: Uses ESC/P2 commands, please note that Epson have designed this printer to be
'designed exclusively for Windows'.

Latest changes:
  Removed the left/right margin commands from render.c as the 400 does not recognise
  these commands!
