Short:    Mavica .411 loader for ImageFX

NOTES
-----

Because there is no header information contained within the 411 image
files, the LM_CheckFile() function will auto-recognize the format by
checking that the file size is 4608 bytes and that the last four
characters of the file name are ".411".

Currently, no check is made by the LM_Load() function to insure that a
file is the proper format... so be careful when using SHIFT-LOAD (Load
image as).

Mavica 411 image files are 64w x 48h x 3 (Y,Cb,Cr).  This loader uses
standard CCIR 601 color conversion to convert to R,G,B.
