     I need to know if people use/like this program
     THE MORE EMAILS/IDEAS I get the MORE I

New release:
Version 0.97e Fixed (I hope) a slight problem with Tell (Sometimes Teabot wouldn't notify people
(26-10-98)    that they had messages waiting). Removed some code that seemed to be included
              twice ;)  Made join message (even) more reliable. Made TeaBot check for commands
              after it adds a newuser to the database. Made DCC Chat launch FServ.
