Short:    Killer and file fixer for fungus virus

A  mate  got  this  new  shitty  virus  (fungus) so I stayed up late to get
something happening to help him out and heres the result.

This killer checks the memory as best as poss (without writing a full blown
Virus  killer)  and disables the virus.  For memory protecting run the tool
with no CLI arguments, it'll check every 2 secs for the virus.

Also  it  takes  a  filename OR directory/device as a argument from CLI and
it'll 100% remove the virus from any infected file encountered!
         
If  you  run  this  through  yer  whole HD(s) using a CLI such as
"fungicide hd0:" this should rid you 100% of this thing!

NOTE:   the  Killfung exe *CANNOT* be infected by the virus since it checks
for  an  rts in the last long at the end of the 1st code hunk and doesnt do
anything if thats not present!

THERE  MAY  STILL  BE BUGS WITH THIS...Please bear in mind this is a (quite
good)  fast  stopgap  and  should sort the prob 100% if used right.  Report

And why all the updates for 1 little virus?  ...  Well I plan to release in
future FAST fixes for people for any new viruses and so it was worth coding
up some kind of decent useable engine.
