PPMtoSCR 1.0 - This is NOT part of the NetPBM/PPM distribution

This program converts PPM files into Spectrum SCR, .bytes or .tap files.

Included in the archive is ilbmtoppm, which will convert ILBMs to PPMs.  If
you want to convert any other format, then you will need gfx/pbm/ppmbin2.lha
At least, I _think_ that's the right archive...

Differences between this and BMP2SPEC
-------------------------------------

PPMtoSCR takes PPMs, which most files can be converted to.
BMP2SPEC only takes BMPs (which are more difficult to get a converter for)

PPMtoSCR can output raw SCR, .header/.bytes and .tap files
BMP2SPEC can only output .tap (which aren't supported much on the Amiga)

PPMtoSCR supports colour (although no BRIGHT yet)
BMP2SPEC can only convert two-colour images

PPMtoSCR has file requesters
BMP2SPEC takes parameters on the command line

PPMtoSCR doesn't have stack problems
BMP2SPEC will crash if you don't change the stack
