A replacement driver for the standard serial.device.  Originally based on
v34serial.device, it has been redesigned and enhanced.	Includes source.

- rewrote CMD_WRITE, now only checks -1 length with CMD_WRITE
- added EOFMODE check to CMD_WRITE, returns SerErr_InvParam
- added fake open to dev_Open to prevent expunge

- bauds are now longwords (112 -> 115200, 020+ only)
- misc changes
- 19th Aminet release
