Short:    Replacement for ilbm.datatype V43.x (44.0)

ilbm.datatype 44.0 is a replacement for the ilbm.datatype 43.x
that comes with pictdt43x. In opposite to the version by
Matthias Scheler, this one is able to display ham and ehb
pix on a CyberGfx screen in correct colors!

Last time I wrote, that the version by Matthias Scheler did not support
ham and ehb pictures - THAT'S WRONG! ilbm.datatype V43.6 supports
these kind of pictures, but they are not shown in correct colors on a
CyberGFX display! My version fixes this problem. Matthias was a little
bit angry about my misunderstandable (i hope that's an english word:-)
doc file, so I decided to write these lines, in hope that he forgives me :-)
