What is Oberfoul/United ?
 This is a kind of soccer simulation game for about 12 players. Every player
 gets a soccer team which he has to manage. He decides which tactics are taken
 in each match and he can train, sell and buy players for his team. All players
 send their moves to one person, who calculates out who has won.
 The german rules are included in this archive.

What does this program do ?
 It is some kind of specialized database for the Oberfoul or United soccer
 simulation game. It is for the players, not for the Game Manager. 
 Because I do not know whether there is an interest in an english version,
 this version is german only. So if you are interested in an english version
 (or would like to translate it to another language), please contact me.
