DESCRIPTION

 The program magnifies a area surrounding the pointer and displays
 it in a separate window.

 Features:
 - The magnification factor is adjustable.
 - Jumps on any screen.
 - Select a screen in menu.
 - Crosshair.
 - Show coordinates.
 - 'Fast' mode.
 - 'Fixed' mode.
     Click in the window and hold down the mousebutton.
     Now you can move the surrounding area
     until you release the mousebutton.
 - Supports CyberGfx bitmaps >8 bit depth.
 - Some tooltypes, cli arguments.

 Changes since 1.3:
 - removed 'To Any Screen' flag
 - added Screenmenu
 - added Crosshair
 - added 'Fixed' mode
 - added coordinates
 - minor bug fixes

 Changes since 1.4:
 - added show/hide window
 - minor bug fixes

 Changes since 1.5:
 - added 'Hide On Close'
