INTRODUCTION :
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    This tool simply waits for any disk validation to finish.


USING :
~~~~~~~
	Wait validation is an only CLI tool. No argument is needed.
Simply call WaitValidation early in your startup-sequence, let
us say just after SetPatch.
