With this welcome to the new edition of AMIGA aktuell.

The last days of the past month ran along quite turbulently - as well at the AMIGA aktuell editors (Christian had a disastrous harddisk crash) as in the rest of the Amiga world: Haage & Partner recently announced an additional Amiga emulator.

This message was quite a surprise for me, after all I had been convinced of the formula

	AMIGA announces Amiga emulator "Amithlon" for x86 machines
+	Haage & Partner is important(?) cooperation partner of AMIGA

But it seems, that every Amiga enterprise just cares for its own advantages even at a time when there are only two of them left over. With such beghaviour it will not take long, until this will become a reality.

The AMIGA aktuell subscribers will have notice that recently we have rearranged our subscription administration to the Internet service Yahoogroups. For us it means a substantial facilitation, for the readers mostly there is no change (beside the fact that subscription cancellations and changes from now on can be carried out personally at http://www.aakt.de).
