3. Questions about Development of Games / Help wanted

I am looking for someone who can answer my questions about topics like games development, gamers clubs etc. This does not only concern the Amiga, but as well PC, board games etc. Because again and again I come up with lots ofnew questions, this (these) person(s) shouldn't easily be ruffled.

I gladly would publish the questions and answers on my homepage.

Right away some questions:

What is about the security, so that not somebody will steal my idea for a game and call it his own?

How much does it cost and what do I have to do and to observe, when I want to protect a name internationally (in my case e.g. Brainflame or the name of a game etc.)?

You see, the questions are quite substantial and I do have some more to ask!

Right now I'm brooding over a game, but since I can neither write a program nor anything else in this respect, I would be glad of any help. I can say just that much, that, when all my ideas come true - oh wow (just so much).

I would be interested in founding a Games Club, which will create this game. Further projects not excluded, but in fact wanted.
