History Bug Fixes

13 May 96, found following bugs

. repaired bittable array found 7 errors in it, fine tooth comb checked
. fixed alternate compare condition, to print correct alternate color
. discovered the space char is trunicated from font list had to adjust
  the output to reflect that
. went ahead and deleted the black filter for dithering for
  completeness of dithered ansi
. Now pictures look sharper I believe the diagnostic tests are finally
  conclusive!
