HOW TO CONVERT PICTURES

It's easy. You have to have all your old pictures in some directory.
We recommend you unpack all your old pictures to the right directories -
this means that pictures from movies should be in a directory like this:
MOVIE/ECS
and pictures of industry persons should be in this directory
PERSON/ECS
somewhere on your harddrive.
When you have all your pictures on your HD, enter the converter-program.
There, you'll be asked to choose a path, where the pictures you want
to convert reside. After that, you'll be asked for another path, the
destination path. This path should also be the correct path - all ECS
pictures should be in an ECS drawer, with the same name as the old drawer.
 Example:

 1) Your old MG Pro 1.x pictures are in HD0:MovieGuide/MOVIE/ECS
 2) Your new MG Pro 2.0 is in HD1:MGPRO
 3) Choose sourcepath: HD0:MovieGuide/MOVIE/ECS
 4) Choose destpath: HD1:MGPRO/MOVIE/ECS
 5) Wait....

And that's it! REMEMBER to seperate movie pictures from the persons/
industry person pictures!! If you can't see the pictures using the program
after having converted them, you've probably put them in a wrong place.
