 VectorType CTANGENT( CurveType Curve, NumericType Param )

Computes the tangent vector to Curve at the parameter value Param.
The returned vector has a unit length.

Example:

    Tang = CTANGENT( Crv, 0.5 );

computes the tangent vector to Crv at the parameter value of 0.5.
