.SH DESCRIPTION
Returns a new trimmed surface representing the same surface as TrimSrf but
with its degree raised by one.
.SH PARAMETERS:

TrimSrf: To raise its degree.
.SH FUNCTION RETURN VALUE
TrimSrfStruct *:  A surface with same geometry as Srf but with one
degree higher.
