Function 5 : View

Here you can read a VK of a User. When you call this function, it will ask
for a username you must type. If the user you`ve typed have a VK it will be
shown. If the User donīt have VK, a message which that says coming up.
If the user dont exist, you get also a message like the other one.

Call:
Menu : with "V" or Cusorkeys.
CLI  : No change.
