 This is a combined comment tool for extracting comments from FILE_ID.DIZ,
 .README and LOGSCROLL. It's great utility for you who uses the filecomment
 for description of the archive.

 Most of the buttons describe themselves, so just try them out. If you press
 on a line in the listview the line will jump down to your new comment row.
 And if you enter a blank comment row the filecomment won't be changed.



 REQUIREMENTS
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~

 OS 2.0 or higher
 LZX - any version
 LHA - any version
 50 kb RAM plus
 300 kb unfragmented RAM for buffer plus
 Requirements for LHA and LZX



 FILE_ID.DIZ
 ~~~~~~~~~~~

 Works like the most file_id.diz-viewers. Supports LHA, LZH, LZX, DMS, NFO,
 DOC and TXT. The DMS and TXT-extractors are built in and quite fast, but
 the LHA, LZH and LZX uses the appropriate packer-program so make sure you
 have them. The last ones speed depends on the computerspeed.



 .README
 ~~~~~~~

 Simply scans the scandir for files which have an .readme as companion
 and lists the text inside.



 LOGSCROLL
 ~~~~~~~~~

 Scans a log for files that shows up in the scandir, and writes out the
 contents in the scroll. Please note that some BBS'es doesn't always
 send CR after every line, and the files on the next line wont show up.
 To use this function you must specify a format-file which describes
 the scrolls settings. Only scrolls up to 300KB is supported!
 

 
 .FMT
 ~~~~

 Theese files specify the scrolls settings. Use an 'f' at the appropriate
 coloumn where the filename shows up. Right after enter how many characters
 the filename maximum may contain.
 Use an 'c' at the coloumn where the contents shows up, also followed by
 the number of chars. The second line you either enter where the second
 row of contents shows up, or in some cases the contents first row.
 PLEASE consult the examples.

 NOTE that the first to rows simply functions as a coloumncounter and will
 be ignored by the program.
