Please note that a basic A500/600 will only run at about one frame/sec, without an accelerator or extra Ram. - Trees have been added in reply to requests for more scenery! - Delete file facility - Detail On / Off for slower Amigas - Forward/Off/Reverse indicator - Fine tuning of routines and graphics. - Guide and pics updated So far V1.2 has only actually been tested on: A600 + 2mb A1200 + 6mb A2000 + 8mb Also all known bugs fixed. A lot of people have wrote to me to say they can't get the program to run and that the program complains "Illegal Sound file" This means the program is looking for the sound files in Traindriver: and can't find them there. Solution: Hard Drive: Assign Traindriver: DH0:games/td or whichever drawer all the files are in. Floppy drive: Rename the floppy to Traindriver and make sure all the files are in the root drawer ie not in another drawer on the disk. The only other drawer in the disk/drawer should be Save I hope this clears these problems up This program is now MAILWARE so you must at least e-mail me or send me a postcard if you use it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a *beta* version of a Train Driver Simulator, simulating Class 87 locos working on the West Coast Main Line from Euston to Glasgow. Don't pay more than the price of a disk + P&P for this program. At least read Quick Start in TrainDriver.guide or you'll get nowhere!
