It is based upon data from Price Waterhouse, which was published in a newspaper here in Luxembourg.

Using MailTime is really easy!  Start it by clicking on its icon, or alternatively enter its name in a Shell.
Select your country ("From") and the country you will send the letter to ("To").  The time required will be displayed in the "Time" gadget.
Selecting "Help" will bring up this manual.

I don't plan to do any updates.  However, if I get some nice letters, I might write a version which uses a data-file instead of built-in numbers.  If you want the source code then just send enough money to cover p&p and I'll send it to you.

MailTime was written on an A1200 with Kickstart/Workbench 3.0, a 250 Meg 2.5" HD, DKB 1240 accelerator with 68EC030/40MHz, 68882/50MHz and 4 Meg of RAM, BSC CD1200 (Tandem1200) with Mitsumi CD-ROM.

MailTime was written in C in less than 60 minutes.  This guide took another 60 minutes.
