Now you can log on using your newly created account.  Your access level
will be that of a new user until your information has been checked, which
may take about one or two days, depending on how busy I am.  If you don't
want to wait, you can try paging me for a chat and ask me for access.

As a new user, you will have read access to the normal areas and write
access only to the private area.  A good idea might be to join some areas
('j -a' to join all of the areas available to you).  QWK is also available
to new users, so you can download messages as QWK (and then upload your
replies once you have normal access) using 'qw -d' (check your qwk settings
using 's -q' first).
