I made this util coz I was sick of leeching stuff and having to local-upload
it to /X.

REQUIREMENTS:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
[1] A file ( with FILE_ID.DIZ ). Currently supported filetypes:
    LHA/DMS/LZH/DOC/DOX/NFO/TXT/ZIP.  U might encounter problems with the 
    ZIP part.
[2] c:copy  (since renaming across devices is illegal)
    c:lha  
    c:dmsdescript  
    c:txtextract  
    c:unzip        (all supplied with the archive)
[3] BBS:confconfig.info
[4] The right DIR in the conference 
    (PO will enter the desc in the highest dir, listed as NDIRS in the conf
     icon)

You also might want to add whatever files to the original file before you
use this program!
