Notes:

  This version offers several advantages to the code hacker and is the
upgrade to v3.8 & 4.0.  For the modifications list see the updates file.


Compatability:

  Hell's Multi-Hacker has been tested under AmigaDos 1.3, 2.04, 2.1, and 3.0.
  It should work fine under all of these.
  
  PROBLEM!!!   It seems that the screen fonts, etc. under dos 2.0+ should
               be set to Topaz 8.  You can try others, but topaz 8 works
               for sure. Sorry.
