This is the 1st public version of Filer 3.10.
The docs are still not finished, be patient.
Until that look at the "Filer.RC in "Misc/Examples".

Filer is shareware file manager of OS 2.04 and newer.
Registration fee is $30, but registration will not be possible
before the docs are finished.

Until that this program may not be distributed via any mail box, PD series
or FTP server except ftp.uni-paderborn.de.
