This file creates a reasonable fascimile of the Indianapolis 500 track.
Although the track seems rather narrow, the real track is a little more
narrow!  The width used here is 80 feet; the real track is 60 feet wide
in and near the corners, 50 on the long straights.  Watching the cars 
race on this track illustrates the need for zoom in the RARS software.
