Tradeing on Ami-Express (the EASY way to do it) This is how it's done at my place... Note we have magic wb installed so the icons may fuck up on a normal workbench system... The scripts : hydra-1 [Starts up on duart (what ever) port 0 (node 1 on Ami-Express)] hydra-2 [Starts up on duart (what ever) port 1 (node 2 on Ami-Express)] hydra-3 [Starts up on duart (what ever) port 2 (node 3 on Ami-Express)] hydra-4 [Starts up on duart (what ever) port 3 (node 4 on Ami-Express)] and JR-1 [Starts up on duart (what ever) port 0 (node 1 on Ami-Express)] JR-2 [Starts up on duart (what ever) port 0 (node 2 on Ami-Express)] JR-3 [Starts up on duart (what ever) port 0 (node 3 on Ami-Express)] JR-4 [Starts up on duart (what ever) port 0 (node 4 on Ami-Express)] work great... better still if you protect 'm +s Protect JR-1 +s \ Protect JR-1 +s \ Protect JR-1 +s \ Protect JR-1 +s \ For the VERY stupid : Enter this in a Shell/Cli Protect hydra-1 +s / For the EVEN MORE stupid : Make sure you're in the Protect hydra-2 +s / same directory as the Protect hydra-3 +s / scripts are in :) Protect hydra-4 +s / This is a basic set up for a 4 node bbs... Hope you can use it... I'm currently trying to get it to work with TERM and/or Terminus... Note: Hydra starts with local echo off... so if you type atdt31-015-142400 then you will not see anything... the program will still dail the number though... Or put local echo on :) Now lett's get a copy of Ami-Express 4.x and join some download paths so users can upload in the amiga area and download in the pc area with out any problems... Surely some dickhead will upload amiga files in the pc area and vice versa but hell some guys will always stay lame :) Oki hope you have some use for this archive. Regards, B.o.b. PS: Thnx Jaf!
