NETHANDLER.README:

This is the NET: handler and NET: file system, which allows a two-way network
file system to be established via the parallel ports of two Amigas.
The NET: file system behaves just like a disk device, allowing copies, reads,
writes and so forth.  It works with the workbench under both 1.3 and 2.0
versions of AmigaDOS.
Netpatch is included (This will fix some nasty bug with CD on NET:).
parnet.device V2.1 is included (Both the 68000 & 680x0 versions).
