A few things to note:

The game is installable to HD, but I have removed
the installer because it was big and crap.  All
you have to do, is to create a drawer, and copy
all of the files from all three disks into the
drawer (no sub-directories).  After that - set up
3 assigns in your "startup-sequence"

ASSIGN FIFA_1: DH1:FIFA
ASSIGN FIFA_2: DH1:FIFA
ASSIGN FIFA_3: DH1:FIFA
Look at information on the main Icon and select
Disktype=H for Harddisk
Change language 0-4 0=English....

Reset your machine after playing - this version
leaves the floppy drive unstable.


Controls are best through a SEGA pad (if you have 
one).  A normal joystick doesn't do everything,
so use the keyboard (keys ZXC for player 1, and
keys <>? for player 2).  I have no idea what they
actually do... its context sensitive by the looks
of it.
