TO RAM:" (Please note you should fill in the ????'s with your printer driver's name.) Insert your TIPSTER DISK into DF0: 6. This version (V1.2) contains a file called COURSE contained in the DATA drawer. You may edit this file using ED and add extra courses to the 79 it already contains. 2. The format for the file is : "XXXX" "Y" "Z" "SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS" "A" "B" XXXX indicates the first four (4) letters of the course eg "CHEL" = CHELTENHAM. Y indicates (0-5) the value of prizes at the course Z indicates (0-5) the difficulty of the hurdles or the flat surface condition. SSSSS etc indicates the FULL name of the track. A indicates (0 or 1) if the track is a HURDLES/CHASE. B indicates (0 or 1) if the track is FLAT. 3. YOU MUST increase the first number of the file (79) if you add courses for each course you add, this number is increased by 1. GOOD LUCK STEVE MARRIOTT IEng (7th May, 1993)
