I would like you to send me my keyfile as quickly as possible,
normally within 10 days after the arrival of your registration
fee, but I allow up to four weeks, due to unforseen
circumstances. When I get my keyfile I'll copy it to L: or to
the same directory `phonebill' is in. This will unlock my copy
of `phonebill' and will make it a registered version,
personalized for me. I understand that the keyfile is proof of
my personal license and that I am not allowed to sell or give
it to anyone else.
