DMS v2.04 BUG!

I tried to fix the packing algorithm bug, which in some cases
made it result in corrupt data files. It was only shown when you
unpacked the DMS file again. Since the changes I made in dms 2.04
is not better, but seems to make this problem occur even more often
than before, I have made this patch for DMS v2.04.
So you can change it back to normal. Which means:
 The bug is still there!
I will try and find another solution for this problem. Since
the problem has been in the DMS algorithm since V1.11, I would not
blame myself. But I will try to correct it, and hope to have it
done for next version. So a new version will not be out before
this problem is solved 100%.
