A little install info

 !!! THE INSTALLATION SHOULD BE DONE ON DISK 2, AND IF YOU WANT TO USE !!!
                !!! TRAINER YOU SHOULD BOOT FROM DISK 2 !!!

Delete the file called 'FLT.EXE' from the disk.
This was probably meant to be the intro but wasn't even included in
the startup sequence, and also didn't execute on my system, so sorry FLT,
but I don't think this will make a difference (except creating space
for my trainer).

Copy the file called 'GOD' (contained in this archive) to the disk.

Copy the file called 'startup-sequence' (also in this archive) to
the s: directory of the disk.

Reset... Boot... Select... ENJOY!!!


Note:
 - If you use the levelskip option and it jumps to a level you didn't
   ask, it's because you pressed digits on your keyboard at the PW
   check. So if the PW check comes up just press a letter.

 - All training was done using SIM, fuck all lamers who say 'I don't
   train because I don't have an Action Replay'. As if all you need
   to make a trainer is an AR. FUCK Action Replay !!!
