PLtoTF

PL to TFM file converter.

Original WEB (Pascal) converted to PCQ-Pascal compatible source
by David Fong.

Modifications to cope with PCQ-Pascal's irregularities include
replace of EOLN (which PCQ-Pascal does not have) and the splitting
of a procedure because PCQ-Pascal cannot cope with one of the
larger procedures.

I'm not sure if it was in the original, but my modified version
of PLtoTF would not handle .PL files which terminated with in the
middle of a line i.e. without a line feed at the end.

This has been changed!  The PLtoTF provided DOES cope with
files ending `mid-line'.
