Short: Merges Aminet RECENT with INDEX files

Keeps your local copy of the Aminet INDEX file up to date by
incorporating changes from RECENT.

Usage is:

  MergeRecent <recent> <index> [newindex]

i.e recent is the filename of the RECENT, etc. and newindex is an
optional filename to save the merged index file as.  If newindex is
not present, all output will go to the console (standard out).  The
age field isn't updated as yet since it's not obvious, now that the
value represents the age in weeks, how to update it sensibly.
