  To run the Web, you must have ppipc.library in your LIBS: path.

  This program will, if you wish, copy it into LIBS:, but this is
  no longer really necessary as `Run_WEB' now adds the local `LIBS'
  subdirectory of this package to the LIBS: path temporarily.
