                                 DEV:-Handler

The DEV:-handler is a new AmigaDOS device which enables the user to access an
arbitrary Exec-Device just like any other file. Using the DEV:-handler you
may, for instance, read a tar-format diskette which has been written on a
UNIX-system.

The source code of the handler is included. I have based this implementation
upon the DEV:-handler published by Matthias Scheler in the Aminet. Therefore,
I have also included the original distribution of Matthias although there are
not much similarities still left.
