TimeBank Version 2.0 by Stephen Youle (M8007)

TimeBank is exactly what it says. It's a bank for user's to deposit
their remaining on-line time for use at a later date. TimeBank has
Ansi/Text menus depending on the user's graphic setting, the ability to
deposit time to another user's account and a configurable text file which
determines how may minutes a certain access level can deposit or withdraw
in a day. TimeBank can have a maximum of 500 users.

The files you should of recieved in this archive are as follows:

TimeBank
TimeBank.Doc
TimeBank.CFG
History.Txt

Make a directory off your Doors path called TimeBank, if you do not call
it this, TimeBank won't be able to locate it's data file's that it makes.

Copy TimeBank, TimeBank.Doc and TimeBank.CFG to the directory you have
just created. EG: Doors:TimeBank/

Now, edit your menu to reflect the path where TimeBank resides in.

Now come's the tricky part, TimeBank.CFG.

If you look at TimeBank.CFG or below, you will notice that it's divided
into two columns and 31 rows. Each row determines a access level, eg:
line 0 is Access level 0, line 3 is access level 3 and line 31 is access
level 31. Ok so far? Now, the first column is the maximun amount of time
that access level can deposit in a single day, while the second column
is the maximum amount of time that access level can withdraw in a single
day. I have allowed 3 characters per column, do not exceed this or
problems will arise. The format is ### ### where # is a number or space.
I'll give a quick demo on how it works:

40  40  <- Access level 5, max deposit 40 mins, max withdraw 30 mins.

and so forth up to access level 31.

300 999 <- Acess level 31, max deposit 300 mins, max withdraw 999 mins.

I think you get the picture by now. just keep each column three (3)
characters wide even if you only use 2. I decided to use a CFG file so
user's could not deposit or withdraw huge amounts of time and hog the
BBS so other user's couldn't get through.

A user who has 30 minutes maxiumun deposit per day could deposit 20
minutes to their account and 10 minutes to another user or, they could
deposit it all to their account. When they have used their 30 minutes
deposit up, they will not be able to deposit any more time until the
next day.

TimeBank is released as MsgWare.

This means that if you run TimeBank on your BBS, then you agree to send
