  * v0.08i Wildcards with a DMS Files in extract Mode were not allowed, it
           gave problems with A Wildstar Wildcard.
           inserted a routine wich will convert '*' into a '#?' for Better use
           with the Copy Command, Now *ALL* Wildcards are allowed, so if you
           want to use wildcards in dms extracts the syntaxes is:

           DIRECTORY/FILENAME* (ore '?'/'#?')

  * v0.09  Fixed a Bug in the FILE_ID.DIZ, Where the bytes that were displyed
           for Extracted files, had the FileSize of the Archive, FIXED

           Finally !!: Now MKTYS Checks if a File is in a Catalog that has a
           higher AccessLevel than the Users one, If That's True, the file
           won't be shown to the user.

           Be Sure to clean Up Your File-bases, cause files CAN be in a
           Catalog but are really deleted, MKTYS Finds these files, but that
           shouldn't be...So Check!

  * v0.091 NOTE: Please select two different directories for files extraction
           and for the new Archive, This MUST be the case IF someone uses Wild-
           cards in this form while extracting a file from A directory:

           DIRECTORY/*

           In this case ALL files in this directory will be extracted and
           Archived into the New Archive for the user to Download.
           So:When The WildCards are used in THIS form, 2 seperate dirs are needed
           But When you enter:

           DIRECTORY/FI* Than there's NO NEED for 2 seperate dirs.

           * Added Control-C Checking when you want to view the Available
             FileAreas with Option '4', now when a Control-C is detected,the
             listing will be aborted, and you will be prompted to Press return.

           * Now ALL Files are Checked to see if the User can Access The file
             with his AccessLevel, Cause in v0.09, If one selected the
             complete name, the Privilege Bit on that file was not checked,Now
             It will Check The privilege bit AND Accesslevel of the Area the
             file was in on ANY File.
             No One can access a file any-more if his Accesslevel is Too Low.

           * Used ArchivePath:UNDms in stead of DMS To Unarc .DMS Files,cause
             UNDms is Faster with Unarcing a DMS File than DMS.
             in this Archive, Undms IS Supplied, Please copy it to your Archive
             Directory you set up With MakeConfig.

             Also, I warned about usinf a other version of DMS v1.53, cause it
             can give problems...So i cutted out DMS, and used UNDms instead.

   *v0.092 * Added A New option, option '5', this option can be used to select
             File Numbers, these files were AutoMatically tagged by MakeThem-
             Yourself, when you Only wanted to View A Textfile/extract/View
             Contents.

             The purpose of this option is: When you firts used for example
             option 1 (View contents of a Archive), and than decided to use
             option 3 (Extract a File), you had to type the filename again,
             or do a scan.

             Now, after you selected a file in option 1,2,3, these files will
             be tagged, and will be displayed in option 5, in there you only
             have to enter the FileNumber, to view the contents, and extract
             a file from it, the search will be done automatically, Now with
             This option you donot have to type a file name 2 times, just
             goto option 5, and select the filenumber.

           * Now when you use WildCards (*) in your search for a file, Make-
             ThemYourSelf now ALSO find Files which Match is in the FileDes-
             cription !, SO:

             *AMIGA* Will return ALL Files,That Match this pattern in the file-
             name AND FileDescription.

             These file will also be added to the Tag List, that can be used
             with the new Option '5'.


           * Well i probably make a BIG BIG Mistake but than again, I am sure
             that all Mebbsnet users take the (C) right notices seriously.

             DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM IF YOU DONOT WANT THE PAY THE SHAREWARE
             FEE !!!!!!!!!!, PLEASE REPORT IF YOU SEE A SYSOP USING THIS
             PROGRAM LONGER THAN 30 DAYS WITHOUT HAVING A Registered VERSION.

             - Removed the Registration protection on unregistered copies of
               MKTYS regarding a WiildCard Scan.

               Now it is Also possible for NON registered Sysops to Use the
               program with a Scan with WildCards.

               You can see how it works but ONLY on line 0 (Local), otherLines
               won't have a wildcards scan with a unregistered copy of MKTYS.
               This function will work on other lines also if you register the
               program.

  *v0.093  * Fixed a Small Bug in the Wildcards routine, cause in Registered
             versions, it was not possible to use wildcards, only on a Local
             Line it was posible to use wildcards.....
             Now, in registered version wildcards can be used on ALL lines, but
             in Unregistered versions of MKTYS, wildcards can ONLY be used
             on a Local (line 0) line sothat a sysop can see how the registered
             version works.

  *v0.094  * Formatted the Output for Descriptions a little.
             Changed the Code sothat Filenames of 30 Chars can be entered to
             match the new 0.158 version of MebbsNet.
