To do a file request (F'Req) just find the file you want to download from
this listing.  Then, in your .REQ file put the name of the file as it
is shown here WITHOUT THE FILE EXTENSION.

Example: You want file RXSHELL.LZH.  Use RXSHELL as the name in your
         .REQ file.  Make sure you use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS!
