- Another one of those silly Arexx scripts!

This one builds FREQ files for you.  Asks for the address (separated by
spaces), checks to see if its a valid address, then asks for a filename.
Then it asks for a password.  Hit enter if the freq has no password.  It
then checks to see if a REQ already exists and appends and/or creates it
as applicable.  If you want to continue (Again? (Y/n)) it retains the
previous address so you can just hit enter for the address prompt.

It assumes only one thing - that your outbound directory is assigned as

Other than that, its pretty simple.  This is a standalone utility, NOT
a door, so don't try to run it from the BBS.  Open a shell and type

RX FREQB

Thats all there is to it.
