FLO Builder by Larry Cloud M3001
- Another one of those silly Arexx scripts!

This one builds FLO files for you.  Asks for the address (separated by
spaces), checks to see if its a valid address, then asks for a filename.
If the filename already exists in OUT:, it asks you if thats the path
you want to use for the FLO.  Otherwise (and/or if not) it asks for a full
path.  It then checks to see if a FLO already exists and appends and/or
creates it as applicable.  If you want to continue (Again? (Y/n)) it
retains the previous address so you can just hit enter for the address
prompt.

It assumes only one thing - that your outbound directory is assigned as

Other than that, its pretty simple.  This is a standalone utility, NOT
a door, so don't try to run it from the BBS.  Open a shell and type

RX FB

Thats all there is to it.
