Contents of "pfiles:fido/" directory...

    - BaseSizer

        - This file creates a text file "BaseSizes" inside Base1: directory
          listing the byte sizes of all network directories. See inside the
          file for more information.

    - Call_Jam

        - This file allows you to use JamMail's CALL command, in conjunction
          with my JamCall.rexx file, located in the "mail:" directory. The
          JamCall file is an intelligent dialer script for JamMail. This
          file allows you to call out on the JamMail line from any node in
          your system from WITHIN CNet, meaning you type the command from a
          command prompt while INSIDE of CNet Amiga. Add the following line
          to the bottom of your Menu # 1; SysOp Only Menu in "bbsmenu":

          If you do not specify an argument, you'll be asked who you wish to
          call, or else you can either specify a Node Address or one of your
          NetWork Aliases, upon which the Node Address will be looked up
          then passed to the JamCall.rexx file. You can also specify 2nd &
          3rd arguments of # of retries and length of redial delay. Here
          are some example usages:

                Main> call dotoran
                Main> call 1:260/121.0

                    - Both of the above will attempt to call dotoran 99 times
                      with a 30 tick pause between redials. The first will
                      only work if a "dotoran" alias was created using the
                      EP command.

                Main> call 1:260/10.0 10 60

                    - This one attempts to call my boss node 10 times, with
                      a 60 tic pause between redials.

    - FidoBusyMessage

        - This little file is displayed to users if incoming echo messages
          are being processed. Place a call to this file in your "sys.welcome"
          file like this:

        - This command can also be activated through the "FidoMenu" below.

        - If the SysOp is shown this message, you'll be asked if you wish to
          run CNet Toss. This option was put in in the event Toss wasn't
          running, which would mean that someone had most probably CRASH-
          Sent you something since the last time you ran Toss.

    - FidoMenu

        - Gives your users a little menu of files they can view concerning
          FIDO and the networks. Options to view fido status(FidoBusyMessage),
          view Toss Report and view Base Sizes are given. Add this line to
          the bottom of your Menu # 2; Available Everywhere Menu in your
          "cnet:bbsmenu" file:

    - FREQ-List_Maker2

        - This file allows you to create filelists for use with FREQ'ing.
          FREQ's (File Requests) are a powerful feature of JamMail and I
          urge you all into looking into offering them to your users. Full
          instructions can be found in the text of the file, so load it into
          a text editor and change what needs to be changed.

        - You can also choose to add this command to the bottom of Menu # 1;
          SysOp Only Menu in the event you ever wish to manually create the
          filelists again:

    - FreqTester

        - This little file will allow you to create a .REQ request from your
          OWN system. It then launches FFRS to see if you're using correct
          settings, or if you'll need to tweak them. Look inside the file
          for more information.

    - Give_Me_FILES

        - Given that you're using SOME SORT of FileList generator, this
          little file gives your users the power to either VIEW or SELECT
          for DOWNLOAD your FILES listing. You can edit some variables in
          the file to specify which(and how many) filelists you wish to
          allow the users to view(download).

    - Look_Up

        - Another little utility that allows you to do lookups on Nodes in
          your NodeList, except this one also has the ability to take one of
          your network aliases as the argument, instead of the Node Address.
          Info on setup and use are within the code of the file.

    - NetLogViewer

        - Allows you to specify which logs pertaining to networking, jammail,
          etc. you wish to view. You can also delete the logs from this menu
          as well. Look inside the coding for details on setup and use.

        - I should note that if you'll be using the "TossReporter" below,
          remember to NOT delete the TOSS log using this file. It will delete
          the file when it's done examining it.

    - NetUtils

        - Another little menu program, except for the SYSOP, instead of the
          user. Gives the ability to GetNode, ENumNet, ClearAcct and GetAcct.

        - You can also launch the NetLogViewer from inside this menu as well.

        - The GetNode launches the Look_Up file, in case you wish to enter
          a network alias, instead of the Node Number.

        - Look inside the file for setup/use details and information.

    - TossReport
    - TossReporter

        - "TossReport" text file is created by "TossReporter" file. This
          reads your "toss" logs and converts them into something user
          friendly for your(and your users) use. Full details on how to
          use this file can be found within the coding of the file.
